All deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations with at least a two weeks’ notice, credit will be given. There will be no refund for orders canceled inside of two weeks.

Changes can be made up until 1 week before the order is due. There is no charge to change if it is within this timeframe. Any change requests after this time are subject to additional fees.

Payments can be paid through PayPal or the Cash app. We also accept cash in some cases.

Dates are reserved once your order balance or deposit is received. Custom orders cannot be started until deposit or a balance is received. Orders under $75, the full balance is due when the order is placed. Orders over $75 require a 50% deposit with the remainder due 10 working days prior to the event date. If less than 10 days’ notice given, the full balance is due at the time the order is placed. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE so please ensure everything is to your liking before committing to an order; my time is valuable and I put a lot into my baked goods to ensure orders look and taste good.

Placing your order as soon as possible is always preferred to ensure your date is available. Since we are home-based and I currently still work full time, we can only fill a limited amount of orders each week. Custom cake orders require at least 2 weeks. Cupcake order minimum is 1 week in advanced. If you have a rush, please call us to see what we can do. There will be a rush charge associated.

No, unfortunately under the Texas Cottage Food Laws I am not able to ship.

Yes, we do have delivery options and it is mileage based. There is an extra fee and can be set up during the order or quote process.
